The five-year wait for new material is over. P!nk has returned stronger and in spectacular style with new single “What About Us“.
It is pure joy to hear the Grammy award winning singer belting out an incredibly emotive song with such powerful intensity and grace in every word she sings. The chorus takes off like a stick of dynamite and is lighting up the happy zones in my brain. I wish Lady Gaga had returned in style similar to this, as I am picking out bits which I feel could have earned Gaga her next global smash hit.
If the track is an indicator of what we are in for on forthcoming album “Beautiful Trauma“, then I can declare that we will be in for a time all round win. So what, of “What About Us” being another empowerment anthem, it is what P!nk does best.
