Kieran Alleyne 1

We’ve had an inkling over the past few years with regard to burgeoning new pop talent Kieran Alleyne, which basically has had us of the opinion that Kieran is one rising star who has consummately exhibited more than creditable amounts of pop slaying potential.

Recognised in the first instance by Kieran’s YouTube cover of JLS track “Hottest Girl In The World”, and followed up by potently dynamic club bangers “Powerhouse” and “Atmosphere”. The latter which lead us to comment back in 2013, “This latest offering from Kieran Alleyne really is boss and seriously if this is what the youngster has in mind to offer the music world, then it surely won’t be so long until he’s a powerhouse of broadening new artist notability tapping on the shoulders of his contemporaries like JLS and Conor Maynard”.

Now signed with Artistry Ent / Virgin EMI and working with the likes of powerhouse producers DJ Mustard and Rico Love, Kieran now remerges to prove us right in our early assumptions, through debut EP “Breaking Good” and lead track “Comfortable”.

Maybe our earlier Conor Maynard premonition might indeed be about to come to something, as Kieran, still only 19 years of age, retains the freshness of new artist status but his vocals explore even more maturity through a fully-fledged embracement of R & B / rap slick delivery.

For the performer of theatre and TV productions, taking his street dance moves outside onto a housing estate comes as a doddle in impressing the love interest playing lady in the video. Yep Kieran is boundless of talent, we told you this two years ago and we stick by this now.

The “Breaking Good” EP is OUT NOW!
