Soul songstress Mary J. Blige has put together a video for the Disclosure assisted lead single “Right Now” off of the upcoming collaborative-fuelled album “The London Sessions”.
It was only ever going to be present and correct that Mary would choose to shoot the video with a backdrop of London town making an appearance, but basically it follows the journey from Mary’s hotel to a gig in the UK’s mighty fine capital city.
If you think that sounds a tad boring, think again!, Mary as always looks nothing but glamorous as she takes a trip around the night lit cityscape. Team this with the urban fusion that rolls off of Disclosure’s production on the track and Mary’s soulfully husky harmonies, the whole package is one which is so stylishly coutured from the studio and outwardly beyond by the coming together of two top class performers, that it is anything but uninteresting!
In truth the whole presentation had me mostly focused upon and in awe of Mary’s amazing trademark Charlie’s Angels flick fringe. It’s so iconic in it’s waviness don’t you think?.
