SVE 1

This is quite a turn up for the books! A video release for Brooklyn newcomer SVĒ’s electronic-pop fizzing track “Paint A Picture” from her brilliant “My Religion” debut album of last year.

The epitome of well-versed unsigned artist, SVĒ has made impressive headway on her own esteem by first ensuring that her high-end products, stand proud with distinction as their only outcome.

A statement of truth with regard to the singles and of the album in its entirety too. Although it might have been a gem which unforgivingly flew under-the-radar. It’s never too late to make amends and succumb to its well-executed, charms, as the visual release for “Paint A Picture” brings about a new revitalized interest in the longer playing release.

Being an unsigned artist gives you a measure of control in all that you do and for SVĒ, it meant that if she jolly well wanted to write and record a track which was longer than that of the average 3 minute single format, she had no-one to answer too and could go with her flow of creativity.

This is part-story of “Paint A Picture”, which further reveals itself to be dabbling in the realms of euro-pop flavour, turned anthem. Brandishing the empowering message of live life being true to yourself. Wear your colours, with pride!

SVĒ requests of her love interest to be uninhibited and allow her to see the whole picture but hints she’s quite intuitive to realizing when she’s not being given the complete image. So there’s no getting past SVĒ by masking the truth of yourself, she’s onto it in a hot minute. So no, you don’t try it on with SVĒ!

She’s quite taken to the streets and rooftops to sing it out and put on a bit of dance show to boot! Which has now arrived in the video.

Was this a one nighter thing? Does SVĒ want it to be more? Questions unanswered! She’s surely smitten though and feeling the love alright, that most of the city are hearing of it through her impromptu open air performance.

Load up on this love-fueled anthem and sing it out loud like SVĒ!
