I can’t admit to being extremely clued up on the urban rap-scene, but I do know what I like, that being I am in on this new track “Cut Me Some Slack” by young East Londoner Bobii Lewis.
It’s got that whole Timbalandy bass shuffle going on and its showboating fluid rap gravy on a charismatic level that just engages me in a Professor Green stance. Bobii Lewis strikes me down as a hybrid of Prof Green and Daley actually, and from these debut beginnings he shows all signs of growing, maturing and throwing it off the hook with his contemporaries before too long.
