Sydney’s Cassette Kids have me intrigued.
They kinda remind me of Dragonette a bit with their rock and synth combo sound – spearheaded by a spunky lady gal who seduces you with her raw vocals. It’s good stuff. I especially like their little ode to not being cool enough to get into the club – called “Anywhere But Home” which you can check out the little video too below.
The foursome are also offering up a free download of their uber cool track “Freaky Sweetie” in exchange for your loyalty to their mailing list. Go on then, the track is worth it.
