Bananarama has been a legendary band since the 80s, and it’s incredible to see how they’ve evolved while remaining true to their roots. “Supernova” illustrates this, and is also an excellent example of their contemporary take on synth-pop, which is both nostalgic and innovative. The song’s neon vibes are captivating, making it a perfect representation of how the band has managed to reinvent themselves while still maintaining their signature sound. Furthermore, Bananarama’s ability to evolve their music without compromising their identity is truly remarkable.
