Deejay’s turned electronic duo, Fantastic Fantastic charge up some more of their full-rounded, funkisized synth sounds that have previously landed them a flush of single releases to their name.

The part Swedish – part Australian outfit, go in for an explore of nocturnal assisted vibes as they document the introspective lyricism of their newest heady groove-rider, “Call Me”.

As the mood indicates the complex arena with regards to affairs of the heart, burning with the question ‘are we really over?’. There really is no phasing these dudes who remain super chilled-out to the core, tripping out their ultra Cali dreamy tones with an artisan panache of electronic pop / club-orientated broadened appeal.

A comforting sandwich of synthiness, served with a poetic electromagnetic filling of woozy melody which is meshed with a layer of dreamily presented vox. “Call Me” acts to heads up the imminent release of the duo’s “Fan Club” EP, 2 part set which was recorded whilst, travelling around Europe.

Maybe built of the lo-fi nature, yet it bubbles into a sensory profusion of intuitively leaning electronic-funk manifested depth.
