FrankmusikWhat a tease! On Frankmusik’s 30th birthday this 9 October, he will be releasing his new album entitled “For You” for the world wide celebration. To tide us over, Vince has released a little teaser of album snippets to wet our appetite for a couple more weeks.

The track listing is as follows:

“Awake”
“I Remember”
“Love Again”
“Lexus”
“Ground”
“Sometimes”
“Mistress”
“Show”
“Cosmic Rendezvous”
“Never Left”
“Say Goodbye”
“Majestic”
“Turnin”
“Know My Name”
“This”

There is something that keeps drawing me back to “Cosmic Rendezvous” that feels very soulfully inspired. Take a Stevie Wonder inspired melody and give it a very electro twist. That is one of the tracks that I’ll be looking forward to.

Mistress” is also standing out with a very funky beat. The beat has a sense of naughtiness and if it’s possible to call a beat “sexual” it would be. I don’t know if it’s the heavy breathing but there is something that seems downright dirty about this track in all the right ways.

For You” seems to be a true balance between emotionally driven pop with tracks like “Ground” and the lead single “This”; met with the electropop maestro we have come to know and love in the past works from Frankmusik. This album is showing that Frankmusik has quite a bit of versatility as a pop artist by giving us that full experience. Yet, only so much can be taken away from a 6 plus minute video clip. We’ll just have to wait a couple more weeks until we get to see if “For You” is truly for us.

As of this post, the album is not yet available on iTunes for pre order. You can currently reserve your physical copy at Frankmusik’s website.
