Ryan Adamés is certainly one to watch out for. Having received acclaim from MTV Buzzworthy and Arjan Writes this summer for his vocal execution on Parralox’s freestyle anthem “Silent Morning”, Ryan Adamés is ready to “WORK IT OUT”.
“Work Bitch” is a cover of the hugely popular track of the same name by legendary pop icon Britney Spears and sees Ryan Adamés integrate his signature lyrical style into the fabric of the radio edit, putting a whole new heartfelt spin on the familiar dance floor smash.
Teaming up with viral YouTube sensation Todrick Hall has been long-time project finally coming to fruition. Having met as a dancer on the set of music video years ago, the two became friendly allies and “Work Bitch” was the one project both of them were dying to collaborate on together as longtime fans of Britney Spears.
Todrick Hall can currently be seen as the face of Virgin America’s new fantastical in-flight safety video which has been featured on Ellen and he runs a hugely popular YouTube channel garnering over 70 million views.
When asked about why Ryan decided to cover the current Britney Spears smash, the pop heart-throb had this to say:
“I’ve always been a huge fan of Britney Spears, I love her music and everything about her. Britney, Michael and Janet Jackson inspired me to dance, but for my generation, Britney’s “Slave 4 U” is what really prompted me to move forward in my career. I never wanted to do a straight up cover, but when work “Work Bitch” came out, it was such a drastic song that would be perfect for me to change up and do something completely different to it whilst still paying homage to Britney”.
