Don't you love how proper hip-hop is kinda making it's way back into the mainstream? You know, like when hip-hop was fresh, fun and 80s-tastic. Riding high on that wave is one of my favorite new acts – Mercedes. She's recently released her new video to "Airwave Hustler" and it's "just a taste" of what we can expect from this rising young starlet. At the last EQ Live show, Mercedes was a last minute line-up addition and she totally BLEW ALL OF US AWAY with her fresh rhymes and songs, not to mention some rather fly moves. Girl knows how to work a mic.
