For this week’s Electroqueer Spotlight, we thought we thought we’d introduce you to five hot little bitches otherwise known as ‘Girls Aloud’.
GA have been around now for about 4 years now and have cranked out some sizzling electro-inspired tunes that we couldn’t help shaking our ass off too. Now honestly, some of their more ‘pop’ tunes are a bit crap, so don’t go out and download their whole catalog, but here are a few selected tunes that you should definitley add to your digital library…
Sound Of The Underground : GA’s first single and even earned them the coveted Christmas Number One in England – a prize that every band/artist would kill for!
No Good Advice : The lyrics to this electro-diddy are fucking amazing and some of the most original we’ve ever heard. It is by far, Electroqueer’s favourite GA single.
Jump : You may have heard this song in Love Actually – Yes, it’s a remake of the Pointer Sister’s classic and has been known to shake things up in holiday office parties.
The Show : This single kicked off things for GA’s second album and was a great tune in which we saw the girls get a little frisky with some boys in their music video salon called ‘Curls Allowed’.
