Did you know I actually really enjoyed watching The Jersey Shore. It's true I did – I won't lie. It was such a train wreck but I found myself falling in love with it with every episode – it just ended here in the UK…I know, we are a little behind. It's kinda was like The Real World when The Real World was actually real. There was really one reason why I LOVED The Jersey Shore though – and that was Snooki. Girl took a punch with fucking dignity and class. I seriously could watch the scene when J-Wow punches The Situation in the face over and over again – that guy is a dick. No matter how perfect your abs look or what sorta hot body you are sportin – when a girl has to deservedly punch you in the face to bring you down a peg or two off your high horse, you know you better check yourself. Gawd, I can't believe I just ranted about The Jersey Shore...this is a serious music blog you know…
So why is Enrique Iglesias creepin with the cast of The Jersey Shore? His new track "I Like It" is on the The Jersey Shore soundtrack – that's it really. I do like "I Like It" though and that is because of this funny little factoid. Enrique Iglesias actually got Lionel Richie to re-sing the sample of "All Night Long" to fit the song as the original sample was too slow or something. Amazing huh?!
