I just wanted to let our readers know that emerging alt-pop artist Sam Short has finally released her debut EP “Faulty Wiring,” and I couldn’t be more excited about it. I’ve had my eye on Sam for quite some time now. In fact ever since I came across her tracks “Naked” and “Taste It.” It is her raw and honest lyricism as far as I am concerned that really sets her apart from the crowd. Coupled with the knowledge that I always know I’m in for an emotional rollercoaster whenever she drops new material. She has a unique gift for crafting intensely honest and powerful songs that really hit you in the feels and bring on the ugly crying. I think her EP title track, “Faulty Wiring,” is a perfect example of this.

Even though her solo recording artist journey is all but at its beginning. Let me tell you, Sam has continually blown me away with her brutally honest and vulnerable music. She’s not afraid to get personal and share her deepest emotions through her intimate alt-pop sound.

"Listen
