It has been a quick minute since I last posted about an emerging artist. And, while I must admit prioritising a chunk of my time being lockdown, with catching up on releases which have happened during the strangeness, of recent weeks. I recognise and empathise, more now than ever, the difficulties faced by newcomers such as the nineteen-year-old wunderkind, producer pluko who are endeavouring to establish themselves by getting their work listened to, at this time.

Such is the healing power of music, it is understandable that many of us will choose to seek solace in our favourite music and artists to get us through the tumultuous times ahead. I do think this time presents a lucrative opportunity to rally around emerging talents. This is easily achievable, all we need to do is consider popping a playlist on, perhaps, while we are baking our way through the pandemic. Say like, one of our Poptronik playlists for instance, where there are lots of new artists to discover.
