{"id":27048,"date":"2019-10-14T12:19:28","date_gmt":"2019-10-14T11:19:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eqmusicblog.com\/?p=27048"},"modified":"2019-10-14T12:49:33","modified_gmt":"2019-10-14T11:49:33","slug":"peanut_butter_falcon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eqmusicblog.com\/peanut_butter_falcon\/","title":{"rendered":"BFI London Film Festival Review: The Peanut Butter Falcon"},"content":{"rendered":"<span class=\"cb-itemprop\" itemprop=\"reviewBody\"><p>The 2019 <strong>BFI London Film Festival<\/strong> has come to an end and what a fantastic fest it was this year!<\/p>\n<p>One of my favorite films of the festival this year was no doubt <strong>The Peanut Butter Falcon<\/strong> starring <strong>Shia LaBeouf<\/strong>, <strong>Dakota Johnson<\/strong> and <strong>Zack Gottsagen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><center><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>A MUST SEE!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><\/center><\/p>\n<p><strong>Premise:<\/strong> After running away from a residential nursing home to pursue his dream of becoming a pro wrestler, a man with Down Syndrome befriends an outlaw who becomes his coach and ally.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why I liked it:<\/strong> This movie is heartfelt, original, humorous and full of charm with strong performances from the entire cast. This movie is bound to be nominated for a few Academy awards.
