The countdown to the 63rd Eurovision Song Contest is entering its final days, and with the semi-final heats taking place over the next few nights the anticipation for the final of the competition on Saturday evening is hurtling towards fever pitch levels. If there is one Country who have secured interest, more than most in the competition’s history, it’s six times winners Sweden, who have also come away with top five placings overall, over the last four consecutive years. As you may already know, this year, Sweden’s hopes are riding with emerging singer Benjamin Ingrosso and his slinky, pop number “Dance You Off.” It’s the song which sounds a bit like something Justin Timberlake might do as a mid-tempo, disco groover and naturally the bookmaker’s heat is rising on it to do well.

Whatever happens, during the final stages of Eurovision 2018, and let’s face it if the past couple of years are anything to go by we could be in for a shock result. Benjamin Ingrosso and his team are already looking at the bigger picture yes, even bigger than landing the top prize it’s recently been reported he’s signed to a UK record label who are keen to launch him as a major star, both in the UK and Europe.
