Here at Electroqueer<\/strong>, we like to think that we are the coolest thing to ever be spawned from Hermiston, Oregon but apparently, we are not. LOL. Last week one of our best mates from high school got in touch with us and told us about up-and-coming electro kid on the block, Steve Peters<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
Steve Peters<\/strong> resides in Washington state and has just released his debut electronic CD Single for ‘Broken’<\/strong> which is throwback to the days of Depeche Mode<\/strong> and Cause & Effect<\/strong>. We absolutely love it. Never in a million years would we have thought that a cool electro artist would come from our little hometown – we probably would have been bestest of friends if EQ wasn’t too busy selling candy bars and cassette tapes in the local school store during recess.<\/p>\n
So if you have a few minutes to spare today EQs – take a listen to ‘Broken’<\/strong> and ‘The Way’<\/strong> which is currently climbing the EQ Chart. Some of his songs are even being considered for European release on a dance compilation CD, so send out some EQ love and luck to one of our most unlikeliest MySpace Discovery<\/strong> finds this year – Steve Peters<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
