As well as having an awesome name, German-born and London-bred Ludwig Amadeus writes both groovy, minimalist electro and larger, louder, melody-led future-hits.

“I’ve Been Up” is his third release and is out later this month on his label Size 9. It kicks off with a massive beat and a thoroughly danceable electro riff, before adding a so-good-it’ll-stick chorus in unfeasibly high vocals into the mix. It also features contributions from London rapper Ikes – we’re not sure how or why but we think they pull it off.

You can listen to “I’ve Been Up” below, or check out Ludwig’s MySpace or Facebook.
