The single is the follow up to their <strong>&#8220;Recovery&#8221;<\/strong> album that garnered numerous positive reviews, most notably for their singles <strong>\u201cEye in the Sky\u201d<\/strong> and <strong>\u201cSilent Morning\u201d<\/strong>. Celebrity blogger, <strong>Perez Hilton<\/strong> has also just featured the band on his new his compilation album, <strong>Pop Up! #4<\/strong>, which includes <strong>\u201cEye in the Sky\u201d<\/strong> and has garnered almost 150,000 views on YouTube.<\/p>\n<p>The new single <strong>&#8220;Crying On The Dancefloor\u201d<\/strong> is a collaboration between <strong>Parralox<\/strong> (producer\/front-man <strong>John von Ahlen<\/strong> and edgy new vocalist <strong>Johanna Gervin<\/strong>) and lead guest vocalist <strong>Francine<\/strong>; a London-based singer \/ songwriter who is currently recording for her debut album. <\/p>\n<p>The lyric video for <strong>\u201cCrying on the Dancefloor\u201d<\/strong> is fast-paced and visually dynamic spectacle, which draws inspiration from 80\u2019s electronica culture. The lyrics pop up, in, and out with the beat of the music and the tone of the song is complimented by the vibrant animated imagery. The lyric video is a pastiche of famous record cover artwork, redesigned and animated by John von Ahlen in a style that is truly unique to Parralox. <\/p>\n<p>Coinciding with the release of the official music video, <strong>\u201cCrying On The Dancefloor\u201d<\/strong> will also have a special remix EP, which contains numerous established electronic producers including 7th Heaven, Supasound, Naked Highway, Will Alonso, Your Silent Face and more.
