Recently Frankmusik got us ready for the release of his summer EP “SS17” by striking out in a woozily downbeat direction on soul-seeking on track “Going Under”.
Now the electronic pop whizz is further adding to the above with more chill factor on the follow-up single from the EP by way of “WYG” (Where’d you go).
A dreamily curated sonic platter of electronic expansiveness creates a rich and vast soundscape for Vincent’s soulfully piqued vocals to nestle into. The results are pretty stellar in my opinion and bring about an all enveloping harmonious production of outstanding accomplishment.
I might have mentioned in the past I’m a proud stan of Frankmusik. In my eyes Vincent’s the awesomeness, when it comes to independent music. What is more, he always comes through with a stunning video and there’s no let up on that with the beautifully picturesque landscape which features in the clip for “WYG”.
