Manchester’s MDNGHT have already proved themselves to be prime players at crafting sensual Balearic leaning disco funk via their recent online buzz creation “I Will Lead You On”.
As the initial buzz track simmers down, official debut EP “Into The Night” rises up and pitches itself into an evocatively nocturnal, Indian summer sultry setting at the close of the summer season.
Title track “Into The Night” weighs in with a flawlessly groomed falsetto performance that is circled in swirling ambient ripples of a dreamy cocktail of impressive chillwave and flecked with glinting synth twinkly Balearic toned accents.
Mesmerising but nonetheless subtlety subdued in design, MDNGHT deal out intricately sophisticated quality tracks that stand fast in the glow of their compelling elegance.
