Prince has launched his new "galactic" website called www.lotusflow3r.com which looks rather serene and exciting. Apparently the purpled one has somewhat lacked in the area of websites, so long time fans seem to be going crazy with this new forray into the world wide interweb.
Check out some new tracks on there too called "Crimson And Clover" and "Here Eye Come" .
In reading up on the new music, apparently Prince is looking to launch three (yes three) new records in 2009. One record is tentatively titled "MPLSOUND", which is an electro-flavored record recorded at Paisley Park Studios using Pro Tools and other experimental recording techniques.
An electro effort from Prince?! Whoa…now that is exciting!
