It can take up to 30 minutes for your PDF tickets to hit your inbox. Check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you haven’t received your PDF tickets in your inbox within 24 hours of placing your order.
At the show
If you purchased a meet and greet ticket, you’ll receive instructions on when to arrive 48 hours before the show. Artist meet and greets usually take place prior to the show, right before doors open – unless otherwise stated.
