Destiny’s Child are back! It’s not what you’re thinking either. The trio has stripped their male bashing lyrics for a romantic breakbeat inspired single. There has been much speculation about the Destiny’s Child reunion since the announcement earlier this month. If you’re like me and have been on the edge of your seat – the wait is over! The new single world premiered on social networking site Mashable 2 days ago. Vocally, “Nuclear” blends the three independent women beautifully without mimicking the top 40 sound. It is a fresh approach for the top selling girl band and their fans.

Destiny’s Child will release a collection of their hits in an album called, “Love Songs” later this month. Destiny’s Child leader Beyonce Knowles will headline the Super Bowl Halftime Show on February 3rd and is the focus of a new HBO documentary “Life is but a Dream” premiering February 16th. I am certain a new single for Beyonce will premiere soon, but let’s keep our fingers crossed for a full length Destiny’s Child album.
