Wolfette

By Mandy Rogers

Fiesty vocal vixen Wolfette has never been the sort to play it sweet and safe, she’s all about her own edgy sound formation, that doesn’t bow down to extremely approached commercialism but remains to serve us listeners a fresh and crunchy sound bite to chew on.

2011 saw Wolfette establishing a firm foothold on the scene by demonstration of her diverse take on pop, through tracks “Different Story”, “Waiting For The Explosion” (that see’s inclusion on our This Beat Is Poptonik Volume 1” compilation) and “Trophy Girl” all tracks etching themselves into a gutsy brand of girl power with a sting of grit and tang of hot spice about them.

The empowered pop maverick hooks onto 2012 by bolstering her already stirring archive with a new banging, bold and edgy track “Risk For You” displaying Wolfette’s firm grasp on crisp delivery and cracking vocal dexterity. Thus, further cementing her stance as an exciting and engaging audacious new pop player to be reckoned with.
