Since collaborating with the Lawrence Brothers of Disclosure earlier this year on the re-vamped “F For You” it appears undisputed Queen of Hip-Soul Mary J. Blige has taken to immersing herself within the burgeoning pool of new British emerging talent.
The product of sharing studio time with some of the UK’s most notable new artists see’s the fruition of Mary’s forthcoming new album “The London Sessions”.
Artist’s honoured to feature alongside Mary include Disclosure, Sam Smith, Emile Sandé and Naughty Boy, with the first taste of the album unveiled as the return of favour, duel effort “Right Here” with production dibs coming from Disclosure.
Granted this is a collaboration which shone soul deep when they went in for the shake-up on “F For You”, hearing all parties reformed once more on “Right Now” is just as smooth and slinky in it’s flow of seamlessly silky drapery of vox and stellar dance woozy production.
