Quirky genius alert! Australian producer Donatachi has just unleashed his latest track “In Rotation” with assistance from French vocalist Gustine and I think you’ll agree with me on this one. It’s cleverly thought-out glitchy structure, blows the general formulas that EDM adhere to, out of the water.

What is so incredibly cool about Donatachi is this. He’s not only a creatively, out-of-the-box, thinking soul, with a head full of ideas, which when brought to fruition make for an impressively forward thinking sound experience. The overall impression is of a whole lot of fun and frolic and general bounciness. The young Sydney native is causing a stir in the DIY pop scene right now. To tell you the truth, it feels like the effervescence and creative energy are flowing on tap to bring about a sound sensation that will stop you in your tracks and burn its catchy refrain into your headspace in equal measures of pleasure.

In Rotation” is much like an amalgamation of K-pop and chip-tune. Which by my estimation this puts into the box marked cybertronic pop. I might have just made up a whole new genre but anyways, I will leave you with this. “In Rotation” is in a league of its own and is totally buzzing with amazingness because of this.
