It’s remarkable how the revered pop megastar Tiffany has captivated multiple generations with her iconic song “I Think We’re Alone Now,” originally released in 1987. Originally adored by those now aged 50 and above, the track has recently experienced a resurgence in popularity due to its use in a prominent fast food chain’s UK TV advertising campaign. As a result, a new wave of younger listeners have connected with the track and taken it to their hearts as well.
Naturally, “I Think We’re Alone Now” is the track everyone anticipates Tiffany to perform at every gig or festival. And that’s why the recent update to this classic anthem is so exciting. Following an online connection a few months ago. The American production duo, Disco Fries x Tiffany joined forces in the studio to rework this timeless hit. The resulting new version is brimming with energy and electrifying vibes, making it an absolute dancefloor essential.
However, it’s not just her beloved hit “I Think We’re Alone Now” that has been given a new lease of life. In one of her latest releases, Tiffany presents her own reimagination of Taylor Swift‘s lead track “Cardigan” from the 2020, “Folklore” album. Tiffany’s rendition of Taylor’s poignant heartbreak ballad showcases the delicate and emotive aspects of her impeccable vocal range. Give it a listen here.
Furthermore, it’s especially, exciting to note these two reinvented tracks (although most notably the Disco Fries collaboration that nicely ties in on brand with Tiffany’s last venture, because of the duo’s food base band name) arrive just ahead of the UK’s first “Let’s Food With Tiffany” event on August 1st in London at The Camden Club. Hosted by EQ Music Blog – this is an intimate experience, where Tiffany is sharing with fans her passion for food and music.
