Recently, I was captivated by the album “Hope & Healing,” which in turn inspired me to feature the independent singer-songwriter Yiannis in an emerging artists spotlight feature on the blog. His lyrical narratives resonate deeply. Although I wasn’t fully aware for just how moving the experience would be when hearing the songs performed live. Yiannis opened the recent EQ Music New Artists Showcase in September. Moreover, his impressive musicianship set a wonderful tone for the evening.

The song celebrates working through struggles and adversity, coming through the other side and acknowledging the time and effort put in to arrive at a happier place. Aside from the obvious motivational quality of this empowerment anthem. Equally, the track slots into another wellness category.
