The gritty and mesmerizing I Blame Coco has just announced a new single with Fyfe Dangerfield which is a cover of the Neil Young classic "Only Love Can Break Your Heart". To be honest, I've never had much of an appreciation for Neil Young – but I love love love the Saint Etienne version of the song to no end which I played furiously in my car in the 90s. I haven't been able to find a streaming link to the song at all yet, but having just re-visited I Blame Coco's MySpace after hearing this news, I'm quite falling in love with some of the newer tracks she's got up there now including "Self Machine" and "No Smile".
I Blame Coco can't do any wrong in my opinion – I still listen to "Caesar" ft. Robyn just about everyday…so this new single news is quite the news story for me today. Now – someone please send me a link to hear "Only Love Can Break Your Heart" please – I'm dying with anticipation…
