London based band The Ghosts sneak in and strike me down
with indie pop synth buzzing fever.
The band release their third single “Underrated” this
autumn, and it’s rather gloriously sharp of the melancholy, fit of pulsating
synths and assuredly delivered by frontman Alex Starling with a wistful panache.
With the newer breed of indie pop bands like Spector
triumphantly cutting through the candy pop layers of chart pop, The Ghosts with
their precise synth drenched numbers are surely to be seen as key players in
succession to indie pop greatness.
