Tiger Love

By Mandy Rogers

A couple of years ago I practically wore out my copy of “Oracular Spectacular” when MGMT were trippy and good, then they took up to a new leash of life and well that wasn’t so good at all.

I kind of bridged the gap with The Sound Of Arrows atmospheric synth amazing ditties and Gypsy and The Cat’s soft flowing indie pop in the interim but now I have wind of some fresh and new synth soaked and psychedelic sprinkled indie pop to bask in, “Summer Rain” by London based trio Tiger Love.

The band who formed in 2011 are busy right now beavering away in the studio finishing up their debut album and this comes right off a tour last year that took in dates over Europe supporting Uffie.

If “Summer Rain” is indicative of what’s coming our way on the album then I can’t wait to be amazed by it.

Trippy, synth pop of some brilliance. Glorious. FACT!
