I was sitting in Heathrow airport when I saw the news that Bright Light Bright Light’s new video for “Love Part II” dropped and I couldn’t wait for my 14 hour flight to San Francisco to be over so I could rush to my laptop and watch it. And boy, was the wait worth it! The video has turned out stellar! It truly is the only thing in music worth talking about today.
Rod Thomas is already well on his way to becoming the next big thing in pop and he’s come a long way baby! I can’t wait to see him in September as he does a few shows in London before heading out on a national UK tour with Ellie Goulding where he plays Hammersmith Apollo! It was only just a few months ago that he played our little EQ Live show and now look at him – he’s blown up! And most deservedly too – Rod is the nicest pop star you’ll ever meet and he’s such a great guy. I wish him all the success in the world.
