Enter Pearl & The Puppets – like Marina, she doesn't actually have any puppets backing her up but her new video to "Because I Do" is a fun little look at Pearl's craving for attention as she sings to the world from her little flat's tiny window. It may be dark, gloomy and probably a little too late at night to be serenading the neighbors, but hey Pearl is a different sort of gal as one could imagine…
Anyways – watch the video – I enjoyed it. Interestingly enough Pearl & The Puppets have just been booked for support on the Alphabeat tour which is an odd pairing if you ask me – but then again – odd is what I think they are going after with her…
