Rianpeters

Mark your calendars everyone. EQ Live returns to The Workshop in London’s Shoreditch on Saturday night, September 4th with rising new stars Rian Peters and K Anderson.

RSVP now on Facebook!

I met Rian Peters a few weeks ago in London and had a chance to listen to some of his new material and make no mistake when I say this…he is definitely the new Taio Cruz!  Rian has already worked with pop heavyweights like Leona Lewis, JLS and Wiley and it won’t be long before the world starts to sit up and notice the out-of-this-world pop music he’s been working on – I’m uber impressed.  He’s got an urban teaser track out now called “Getaway” which features Wiley that you can watch on his MySpace page.  He’s definitely one to watch out for and we can’t wait for you to see debut solo performance at EQ Live.

Kanderson

I like to think of K Anderson as the new Ben Watt.

This alternative acoustic crooner likes to describe his music as “lesbian music by a boy” and although that is an accurate descriptive, I think what he does musically is just brilliant.  When he’s not wearing animal costumes and covering new pop classics by the likes of Robyn and Alicia Keys with his friends in bed, he’s generally out to show you and the world that he’s one of those artists that has that something special.  His new single “This Changes Everything” is out now and you can listen to and purchase it right here and learn more about K Anderson on his MySpace page.

Djadamix

Of course EQ Live wouldn’t be EQ Live without DJ Adamix throwing down a hot mix of 80’s and 90’s nu-retro to keep us dancing until the wee hours into Sunday morning.  When EQ Live ends, DJ Adamix’s Nu-Retro Disco will take over until late with free entry for all!
