Seriously, Electrovamp are by far one of my favorite girl pop acts ever. I've been following them for years ever since runaway hit "I Don't Like The Vibe In The VIP" topped the MTV charts and my love affair for them has since blossomed into full blown man crush when they penned the official EQ Theme Song for us called "Electoqueer" which is available on "This Beat Is Poptronik – Volume One".
Last week we brought the girls to Sitges, Spain to help with Poptronik Festival promo during Sitges Pride and they took the main stage by STORM and made legions of new Spanish fans with their punchy new tracks "Weird Science" and brand new single "Hands Up".
Just yesterday, the girls announced that they are releasing "Hands Up" as a collaboration with viral internet sensation Keenan Cahill and it will be released on worldwide on iTunes on 31st July. We've heard the track and it's easily one of the hottest dance/pop tracks you'll hear all year and we are so excited for it's release.
If you don't know who Keenan Cahill is (we call him "the dude"), you will after watching the teaser video below – he's only collaborated with the likes of Katy Perry, David Guetta, LMFAO, the cast of Glee, Britney and Jennifer Aniston and now, he's releasing his debut single with Electrovamp!
