A huge congratulations to Joe McElderry for winning X Factor this year. Truly an amazing voice – one that makes me think of the emotional and powerful voice of Peter Cetera every time I hear it. In fact, Cheryl Cole should have had him sing a couple of Chicago songs…but seriously, what an incredible talent and a deserving winner.
The reason why Olly Murs didn't win…one to many "c'mons!" – every time he got through to the next round, it made him look like a knob, that and singing way too many old songs that just "weren't cool".
Joe McElderry's new single "The Climb" is already number 2 on the iTunes chart – it's probably the only time I've wanted an X-Factor song to be Number One.
Can Joe bump off Rage Against The Machine? Shouldn't be a difficult maneuver…
