And here we are, a new EQ Theme Song has been chosen to represent the EQ Music and Poptronik brands for 2013 and we couldn’t be more excited to place the crown on this year’s winning entry “This Beat Is Poptronik” by Marc Lime & K Bastian ft. Little Neve White.

We’ve written about Germany’s Marc Lime and K Bastian’s great electronic pop music before and we feel they really captured the essence and feel of EQ Music and Poptronik brands quite well while Little Neve White’s vocal delivery on the track is nothing short of amazing.

“This Beat Is Poptronik” by Marc Lime & K Bastian ft. Little Neve White will be included on our new compilation CD appropriately called “This Beat Is Poptronik Volume Two” which will be released worldwide in April. If you haven’t yet gotten a copy of our first compilation album we released last year called “This Beat Is Poptronik Volume One”, well it’s quite a good record if we do say so ourselves!

Honorable Mention: One of the tracks that was submitted that we really liked a lot was by a band called Blu Eden and the BluBelles that I’ve had the pleasure of showcasing before in London. Their theme song entry “Dancing’s The Solution” is a lot of fun and I love the 90’s vibe of the whole thing and it wouldn’t be right if we didn’t share the track with the rest of you.
