Here are a few snaps from some of the fun faces at our last EQ Live of 2010 on Saturday night.  I just want to give a huge round of applause for all the amazing talent and exquisite pop and electronic tunes that came from the intimate show at The Workshop including Ollie Wride, TNTT, Leni Ward, BluEden, Rashelle and Mercedes

DJ Adamix rocked it until 4am with his nu-retro set which even included a mash-up of Kylie's "All The Lovers" with Erasure's "A Little Respect".  I got to geek out and spinned Frankmusik's new tune "Fear Inside" and "Stars In Your Eyes" by Her Majesty and The Wolves which both sounded rather amazing if I must say so myself.

Ollie Wride was standout on the night and proved to the intimate pop-loving crowd why he is THE premiere purveyor of glamourous pop.  We got a real treat with Mercedes who opened the show with her sick rhymes, moves and performance of stellar new single "Shock Absorber".  TNTT debuted some rather amazing new costumes and tunes which the whole crowd just ATE up.  Leni Ward entertained the crowd with songs from one of my favourite albums of 2010 – "Hope".  BluEden proved to me exactly why I think they are the reincarnation of Blackbox and Rashelle performed her new single and EQ fave "Bunny Boiler" – proving why she's Wales answer to Rihanna.

Lots of fun all-in-all and EQ Live will be back in 2011 with more of the best new on-the-cusp pop and electronic acts.  Next EQ Live will be on January 22nd.
