NYT CLUB

Adding to the momentum gained off of the back of their buzzingly synth packed debut effort “Jewels”, electropop newcomers NYTCLUB are in for a second round of impressionably, dynamically served indietronica which takes up the baton as a comfortably spirited crowd pleasing anthem.

Reaching out as a friendly call to arms, the up-and-coming outfit are in it for the win as they forge ahead to keep us indulged in appetite with a good old tasty dollop of electro-pop sauce.

Much in the vein of the laddish aesthetic championed by Manchester’s one time pop sorcerers Swiss Lips – R.I.P. , Liverpool newcomers NYTCLUB come loaded to the pop cause on new effort “Call Your Friends”, with suitably jangly hooks and bubbling melodies onside as their electronic pop slaying ammunition.

Seriously, it really does all too convincingly feel like the second coming of Swiss Lips, and coming from me as a mega stan of the aforementioned, it is quite the epiphany to be seeing something of so much uncanny similarity show through as new blood.

All is defined by their festival ready definition which is sure to flag NYTCLUB up as the perfect band set-up to get the festival going public whipped up into a frenzy, much as the likes of Prides took flight with in scoring their major recognition before them.

We are all but in the early days of a band that have all the necessary tools to go some distance, maybe as far as filling stadiums and arenas. It’s all NYTCLUB’s for the taking really .

Launching them on their live experience journey, the band have announced dates taking in Q2 Festival – Derby & KOKO – Club NME for starters and further give taste of what to expect by issuing a live performance video in support of “Call Your Friends” which when reaching 250 Spotify followers, will be gifted as a FREE DOWNLOAD.

All it takes is one magical click from all you synth-heads out there, for the hopes and dreams of NYTCLUB to take off like wildfire.
