Nightly

If it is the full intention of emerging Nashville duo Nightly to spark an introductory presence, they have certainly come through and achieved all of which they have set out to do in the arrival of addicting, electronic-pop, searing debut “XO”.

I am sure there is a back story here which tells of music accomplishments prior to this, because these dudes, sure know how to structure melody with powering hooks and riffs which above all the musicality of this melodical rouser have the foregone capability to draw the listener in.

The way in which Nightly have snuck out this buzzy synth-pop pleaser can definitely be looked upon as the duo saying, ‘hey there, music scene we have arrived’!

Band members named as Jonathan Capeci and Joey Beretta have at their disposal an unescapable BIG tune, of that there is no doubt.

One mighty earmworm of euphoria, laid down as a music assisted kiss-off. A heartbreak pop song in essence.

Power driven infectiousness from beginning to end. What more could you ask of a debut than all of which I’ve just waxed lyrical about it?

Strikes me, that if Nightly are confident enough to push this fierce pop nugget out as their debut, they must really have some stellar material waiting in the can to follow-up with or why bother in making such an impacting impression.

Seriously loving “XO” right now, but even more so on tenterhooks to hear something else of the band. All in due course……… I am quietly filled with the initial assumptions that Nightly will not disappoint.
