Manou

Call off the search for your new princess discovery of soothing synth pop styling!

Well hopefully that grabbed your attention! As should the aspiring new artiste it pertains to in question, Manou.

Since coming to our attention a year ago through her on-going working project partner of Dido, Amy Winehouse and Foxes producer P*NUT the burgeoning pop starlet has recently realised the release of her debut EP “Venice Beach”. An offering which comes through invitingly thriving on sugary dream pop and atmospherically yielding, frothily alluring vibes.

A grade A pop bubble of transcending dreaminess, if ever we heard one. Notably playing to the direction of Manou’s sunkissed evocative, whispery like vocals which further serve to single out the emerging songbird as an artiste who is growing in artisty through her greatest asset.

In being invited to listen to Manou’s next “Venice Beach” focus track “Unmistakable” it consummately picks up the baton, back in the circuluarly throwback scheme of things of where Manou’s pre-release EP singles “Sadie” and “We Are” emanated from. Embellished with a nod of R’n’B whilst, openingly acknowledging a sonic soundscape driven by spacey beat bass expansive electronica.

Unmistakably spellbinding and coolly earns a place on the chilled-out o-meter with a reading of swishly delicate, oceanic breeziness.
