Hey up, Charli XCX hasn’t left us waiting and wanting so long for the unleashing of new material that will form part of her highly anticipated sophomore album, now revealed titled as “Sucker”.

Striking whilst the iron is still fiercely hot with the secured chart success that broke through with “The Fault In Our Stars” film soundtrack single “Boom Clap”, little miss bubblegoth takes strides on the punk-pop side as she reveals “Break The Rules” the first insight proper of the new album.

We are rewarded with a crunchy anti-pop anthem, which is anti-establishment and weighed in with Charli’s characteristically gnarly vocal retorts with refrains of “I don’t want to go to school, I just want to break the rules” that are all told, the total sickness.

Quite honestly I have high expectations of what “Sucker” will be turn out to be and Charli is already flooring me right now with “Break The Rules”, but anyway not so long to wait on either accounts since the album is to be released via Neon Gold/Atlantic Records mid-October.

Imminently when the pre-order link for “Sucker” is dutifully released both “Boom Clap” and “Break The Rules” will become instantly available for downloading.
