We have been promised an MNEK album for a while now and apparently, the latest news on this is that it is due next year. I can’t hide my need/want of such a highly-anticipated album release but in the meantime, MNEK has dropped off a new single “Paradise” to save our summer.
In a change of tactic, this evocatively laced, soul-simmering track, features the iconic guitar riff from Ultra Nate’s iconic 1997 dance smash “Free” which the multi-faceted talent has worked into the track with a glint and a glimmer of white isle, twilight-hour sparkle.
The sweet sounds of MNEK’s “Paradise” glide comfortably into the chill-out zone.
