Already with a top 3 placed single under his belt in the smoothly does it “Touch” and on the back of a clutch of remix commissions for MNEK, Bastille and AlunaGeorge to name but a few, the potential emerging hit-maker goes for accruing more chart gold with new release “I Know”.
Quite honestly, with production duo’s / collaborations and sole production names predominantly making headway onto the mainstream charts quite extensively this year, Shift K3Y has every angle of possibility in his career package as a singer/producer/DJ to be able to weigh in and shoot for consumer glory also.
The upcoming release of “I Know” particularly reveals Shift K3Y’s soul approached vocals to be super honey sweet nestling amongst the undulating groove based out of the addictively arranged bubbling garage beats.
If we hadn’t have known that Shift K3Y was behind the production of this one, we may well have just had him down as a notably dope singer all the same.
Ultimately, although he is still young at 21 years old and only really now beginning to raise his game, it could well be interesting to see which of Shift K3Y’s multi-facets or if it will be all of them together that take him places.
